SMS Communication Policy

We occasionally contact property owners by text message to ask whether they have interest in selling land or real estate. These messages are not advertisements, promotions, or automated marketing campaigns.

To comply with federal and state regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), we follow these standards:

1. Human-Initiated Messages Only

All messages are sent individually by a live team member. We do not use autodialers, automated texting systems, or software that sends messages without human action.

2. Clear Opt-Out Instructions

Every initial text includes a simple opt-out option such as: “If you’re not interested, reply STOP and we’ll remove you from our list.”
Any STOP request is honored immediately and permanently.

3. No Spam or Excessive Messaging

We send one message at a time and do not repeatedly contact anyone who declines, opts out, or indicates they are not interested.

4. Lawful and Respectful Use of Public Data

We contact property owners using information obtained from lawful public records and reputable real estate data sources.
We do not sell, rent, or share phone numbers or personal information with third parties.

5. Real Estate Inquiry Only

Messaging is strictly limited to property-related inquiries. We do not send promotional offers, marketing subscriptions, or unrelated content.

Opting Out

If you wish to stop receiving messages, reply STOP at any time. You will receive no further communication.
